Delivery Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Jymo partner stores deliver within service areas they configure. This policy explains how delivery areas, estimates, fees, and failed deliveries work. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Service areas

Each Store sets its delivery radius, zones, or pin coverage and operating hours. Availability at your address depends on those settings and live capacity.

If no Store serves your location yet, the Platform may show that delivery is unavailable. Expanding coverage depends on merchant onboarding in your area.

2. Delivery estimates

ETAs shown in the app or website are estimates based on Store settings and operations — not guaranteed service-level agreements. Traffic, weather, order volume, packing time, and rider availability can change actual arrival times.

You will receive status updates as the Store progresses your order (confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered).

3. Delivery fees

Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds, and related fees are set by the Store and shown at checkout before you place the order.

If fees change after you confirm due to Store correction of an obvious error, you will be informed and may cancel eligible unpaid or early-stage orders.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Be available to receive the order or nominate someone to accept it.

For apartments or gated societies, share gate, tower, and landmark instructions so the rider can find you.

Inspect visible outer packaging at handover when practical and report wrong or damaged items promptly.

5. Failed delivery and reschedule

If the rider cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the Store may mark the delivery as failed, return goods to the Store, or attempt a reschedule based on Store policy.

Repeated no-shows may lead to order cancellation. Refund eligibility for failed delivery caused by incorrect address or unavailability is limited; see the Refund Policy.

6. Title, risk, and perishables

Risk in the goods generally passes to you upon delivery and acceptance at the address, subject to claims for defects present at delivery.

Grocery items may need prompt refrigeration. Once delivered in good condition, ongoing cold-chain care is your responsibility.

7. Pickup (if offered)

Some Stores may allow pickup. Follow Store instructions for collection windows. Uncollected orders may be cancelled after a reasonable waiting period under Store policy.
